Bluefish currently delivers a four year agreement with a major vendor of enterprise communications equipment to outsource its programme and project management function.

This involved at the outset the transfer of staff and assets to Bluefish. We have improved processes, built an enterprise project management office and we ensure that the service evolves in line with the changing end customers’ requirements.
