Global telecommunications service provider supported by Bluefish in £1.5b bid

    A global fixed and mobile service provider was bidding for a £1.5b outsource with a multinational bank and realised that they needed support through the bid process.

    Bluefish helped design and develop the bid process and ensured that all elements of the bid team delivered to time and budget.

    We structured and focused the internal service response, coordinating inputs from many departments.  The bid involved working with a number of third party vendors (TPV) and Bluefish managed the TPV’s and evaluated their responses.

    Critical TPV costs were determined and performance benchmarked.  Bluefish and the client then developed a TPV cost reduction plan to deliver real savings over the life of the contract.
