Perry Fawcett
Executive Director – Client Partnership

Perry is responsible for all Sales and Marketing activities within the company and also has specific responsibility for the development and growth of the company’s outsourcing business unit.

Perry has over 25 years experience of growing businesses, leading teams and managing significant change programmes within IT, Telco and Professional Services companies.

Perry has served on the management boards of NextiraOne UK, Star (part of the MessageLabs group) and Telindus UK. In addition, Perry has led sales and marketing teams at IBM Global Services, Equant and Integris (now Steria). Within these roles Perry has:

• led Sales and Marketing teams focused on the development and delivery of complex IT services business.
• had particular experience in all aspects of IT and Applications outsourcing, from acquisition, through transition to operation.
• had responsibility for defining and leading customer engagement programmes for major global customers.

Before joining Bluefish, Perry founded a consultancy practice, specialising in corporate strategy development for clients within the Technology, Telco and Media marketplace.

Perry has an MBA from Manchester Business School and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
