Martin has over 20 years experience in Consulting and building consulting practices. He has worked for some of the world’s major technology and consulting corporations including EDS, Perot Systems, Alcatel and Deloitte, as well as in the public sector. He is interested in achieving transformational changes in organisations through the innovative use of new technology.

He has held senior management roles as IT Director in EME Metering, Marketing and Strategy Director of Alcatel Enterprise Division and Commercial Director of Alcatel Telecom in the UK.

Martin was Programme Director and then Programme Adviser on the Road Pricing Programme for DfT and HMT between 2007 and 2009. He established and ran the Bank Of Ireland’s €uro2002 conversion programme from Punt to Euro.

In the Public Sector, Martin ran the initiative that made the West Midlands second only to London in terms of broadband coverage. He also established a virtual contact centre project that won the eGovernment CRM award and was Programme Director of the East Midlands Electricity Year 2000 Programme.

Martin has an MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School where he majored in entrepreneurship in established companies through innovative marketing and operations strategy.
