Lyndon set up Bluefish along with his fellow ex-Alcatel colleagues, Brian Birtles and Phil Howarth, in 2004. As Joint CEO, he is responsible for operations and strategy.

A Member of the Institution of Engineering Technology, Lyndon has built a career as a Technology Business Development and Strategy Specialist, and delivers business transformation through technology for bluechip clients such as Cable and Wireless, EDF and Powergen.

Before Bluefish, Lyndon held a number of senior roles with Service Providers and consulting organisations. As Sales Director for Alcatel Telecom, he was responsible for a business unit delivering complex solutions and joint ventures to the Utility sector.

Lyndon is an experienced entrepreneur with a track record of establishing two previous start-up companies. This proved invaluable in the early days of Bluefish.
