We set up the Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) for a global equipment vendor and managed the transition to them running this in-house. We’re managing an IP telephony service for a large service provider – dealing with faults and product development in line with the SLAs.

And, among others, we’re working with Alcatel-Lucent, AT&T and EDS, the worldwide business and technology solutions provider.
