(SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) can become less meaningful.
We won’t let this happen. Because we never lose sight of what
we set out to achieve and we constantly make sure we act in your

For example
We set up the Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) for a
global equipment vendor and managed the transition to them running
this in-house. We’re managing an IP telephony service for a large service
provider – dealing with faults and product development in line
with the SLAs.
And, among others, we’re working with Alcatel-Lucent, AT&T
and EDS, the worldwide business and technology solutions provider.
