Bluefish has plenty of experience of developing core networks for large enterprises as well as fixed and mobile service providers.

Recently, we’ve developed of a number of MPLS core networks allowing consolidation of a number of traditional overlay networks.

Our experience spans a number of technologies including Layer 3 & Layer 2 VPNs (VPWS & VPLS) MPLS Traffic Engineering, Quality of Service (QoS), Optical Transport (SONET, SDH & NG-SDH) as well as multiple vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel & Huawei.
 
We’ve also worked in the aggregation and access layer - with technologies like xDSL, WLAN & UMA. In the broadband market, we’ve delivered triple play architectures for a number of fixed operators.
 
The new wave
Bluefish also has an excellent pedigree in working with mobile operators throughout Europe as their networks have evolved from GSM to today’s UMTS. This experience has included infrastructure build out as well as developing and launching new services like GPRS, MMS & HSDPA.

We also understand the challenges faced by mobile operators as they roll out new services impacting onto traditional backhaul and the converged core infrastructure.
