Before embarking on any technology enabled change, we help clients obtain an all-round comprehension of the organisation, its culture, practices and capabilities.

Our maturity assessments go further and deeper than that of many vendor/consultants who tend to focus on the now traditional trio ‘architecture-pricing-security’ at the expense of critical factors such as the organisation’s responsiveness, its current service capabilities and business processes.
